Why take your time to train volunteers when we can do it for you. We offer the following services but feel free to contact us to customize to your needs.
Administrator
We offer on-site and virtual training of all church administrators. We offer 3, 6, 9, and 12 month mentoring and training to ensure that your Administrators are proficient in their call. We train Administrators in day-to-day tasks, image control, atmosphere protection, balance of life and ministry, and more.
Ministry Volunteers
We offer on-site and virtual training of all ministry volunteers on hospitality, vision casting, and protocol. We also offer training and set up of new ministries in the church. We specialize in greeters, ushers, intercessory prayer, altar workers, youth ministry, and deliverance workers. We also train armor bearers and more.
Discipleship
We offer on-site and virtual training of all those called to teach or minister the word in any area. We offer training of sermon formulation, lesson outlines, and audience gauging. We take your discipleship team through intensive surveys of the word of God and assist them with becoming proficient in teaching.
