We will work with the Senior Leader to get a full understanding of the vision that God has given. We will then assist them in articulating it to the membership.
Plan
We will work with the Senior Leader to leader to plan a long- term strategy to bring the vision to fruition. We will walk along the leader to ensure it's their vision.
Action
We will work with the Senior leader to implement the plan into action. We will work with every area of the ministry to implement it with excellence.
